"Jodi's Jubilee" A privately owned, freshly refreshed in 2023 West End oceanfront property. This home is just a short walk to the 28th Street beach access. You can relax on the covered porch and appreciate the salty ocean breezes while appreciating family & friends. Close proximity to the Fishing Pier and the Island Stores. Sunset Vacations is the Property Management Company. This home is Non Smoking & accepts 2 Dogs, (Pet Fee is additional). Linens are included for 2023 (weekly units only).This home is NOT equipped for electric car charging. Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
