Sunset and Jinx waterway vistas, with platform dock for Kayak or jet ski launch during high tide only! We have 2 other Vacation Rental By Owner’ homes with 5 star Ratings on Sunset (Property I’d number 2623735- Hook Wine & Sinker & 2705347- Tee Time) We are setting up home to provide same experience. Stunning peaceful street with 5 min walk to direct access beach. Area of Ocean Isle not busy. Roomy home with open plan and 5 bedrooms and 1 office with daybed and trundle. 4 and 1/2 baths! • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
• At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to inspire new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
