My well decorated, clean and comfortable condo features 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom, a pull out twin bed and has an elevator and a balcony. Located on a golf course, just 4 mins. to the beach and 7 to downtown southport! Owner operated for the BEST customer service.

Inside you’ll find a roomy set up with high ceilings, an electric fireplace and balcony. Located on a golf course with access to tennis courts. Close to a great waterfront park where you can put your boat in the water or bring the kids to savor the playground.

Getting the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a fantastic stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
