This stunning oceanfront house is most impressive. It begins with enormous banks of windows, beautiful furnishings, and a sense of calm that makes "Summer Song Deluxe" feel like Heaven within the first five minutes of arriving? With a well-thought-out open floor plan, slip out onto the huge partially covered deck with enough room for all. Built in Charcoal Grill.  All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV

If you decide to dine in, you won't be disappointed. There 2 spacious, open modern, kitchens boating ocean views as well. 

Featuring large comfortable rooms with comfy beds with terrific indoor/outdoor flow. This well maintained home with an elevator was built in 2008. 

1st floor features: LR/DR/K open floor plan with 4 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have King Beds one of which is a Master with En Suite. The 4th Bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a trundle under 1 of the bunks to sleep up to 5(no adults on top bunks). There are 3 full baths on this floor and will sleep up to 11 with a maximum of 9 adults.

2nd floor features: LR/DR/K just down the hall there is a bedroom on the right with a twin bed with trundle and an additional twin over full bed(pyramid)(BR 1). There is a hallbath with double vanity & tub/shower combo. 2nd BR: king with private bath with double vanity & large deep soaking tub & separate walk-in shower, large flat screen TV on the wall & street side deck with 2 chairs. The 3rd bedroom completes this floor with a queen bed with private street side deck & large flat screen on dresser. At the end of the hall there is a front loading washer/dryer. 

3rd(top) floor you will find a king sized bed that cradles you as you enjoy watching the wall-mounted TV or gazing as the sun rises just outside your door that leads to your own private sun deck. There is also a bedroom at the end of the hall equipped with a queen bed, & day bed. Relax in the bathroom that is shared with the King Bedroom, equipped with a soaking tub, double sink & walk in shower. Will sleep up to 14 with a maximum of 13 adults

Parking is always at a premium on the island but you'll be in great shape with a long covered carport with room up to 6 cars depending on size of vehicles.

Non-smoking, security deposit applies...Linens & towels are not provided..Sunday to Sunday during summer...Dog friendly(certain restrictions apply with paid non-refundable charge)...Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning is included.. Sleeps us to 25 people with a maximum of 22 adults.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
