Upon entering you will be drawn to the Family Room’s sliding glass doors which leads to the large oceanfront deck where you will spend your mornings and evenings breathing in the salt air.  The Family Room is open to the Dining Space with seating for 6, perfect for enjoying your meals or spreading out the game board.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. Prepare your meals on the lovely quartz countertops with a beautiful tile backsplash!

The oceanfront master bedroom includes a King Suite which leads to the oceanfront deck, en suite with a walk-in shower and TV with WIFI ROKU

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Ideally located within walking distance to the Marina and classic Ocean Side Carolina Beach Boardwalk,  which features a full host of shops, restaurants, and nightlife for visitors of all ages to explore. From sunrise to sunset all through the summer, the Boardwalk is the place to be. Spectacular fireworks, fun family movies, top tapping music – the events are endless!

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

My family of 4, as well as in-laws, and another relative had the most relaxing week at Sands IV. Everything was just as described and the view from the oceanfront deck was beautiful!! We have two young kids and the layout of our particular condo was best fit for them. All amenities to get us through the week was included, so the purchase of a few groceries and cold drinks made our week so enjoyable!! Thanks again, Victory Beach Vacations!

This condo was amazing! Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated in a great location. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The Victory Beach staff is awesome as always. This was our third time working with them and am already looking to plan our next trip and would not go anywhere else but to Victory Beach Rentals.

We had Beach Bliss off season and it was wonderful. Several days hit 70s or close. The unit is decorated with a fun ocean animal theme and was super clean. We slept so good on the mattresses we had to look at the brand to purchase. Victory employees were helpful and courteous. Plan to be back often because a family member moved to Wilmington and Carolina Beach is a wonderful place to visit with access to town, many shops, restaurants.

My experience was perfect working with them. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. I dealt with a few different people and each one was very nice! The condo that I stayed in was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Liked the experience so much I rented again with them in mid April.

I really enjoyed the entire vacation. The Condo was super clean and was just as described. was way nicer and cleaner than a lot of the hotels we have stayed in. The lay out of the sleeping fit what we needed perfectly. Everyone was super friendly and took time to answer all my questions even when I called multiple times to make sure I understood everything.
