The warm Carolina sun and the sandy beach with turtle tracks is waiting for you. Take in the refreshing ocean and salt air from the spacious covered oceanfront deck which has plenty of seating. The beautiful oceanfront living space is perfect for sitting around after a day at the beach, featuring a large 55” wall mounted flat screen TV and BluRay. The updated sofa & chair are equipped with electric reclining features. The sofa offers a center seat back that doubles as a table when the middle seat is not in use including cup holders. From here you can also charge devices via the built in outlets & USB ports. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite delicious meals during your stay and a dining table to seat 6 -perfect for sitting down together for a meal or even game time. 

Turtle Tracks features a private oceanfront master bedroom with a king size bed, wall mounted 42” flat screen TV -access to the oceanfront deck and en suite with a tub and shower combo.

The guest bedroom features a Queen Bed and a Twin also with a wall mounted 40” flatscreen TV with ROKU and DVD Player, this bedroom also has access to the main bathroom with a tub and shower combo as well. 

There is a washer & dryer combo in the condo for washing and drying those beach towels.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Victory is the best rental agency on the island. The reservation, check-in, and check-out process is always quick and easy. We never book anywhere else! Turtle Tracks is a great condo. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating (inside and out), comfortable beds and pillows, and a well stocked kitchen. From the deck, you can see the surf and it has a beautiful long range view to the south (it's an end unit). We would not hesitate to rent this condo again!

This property was our favorite we've stayed in on Carolina Beach! It's close to our son's family on Spartanburg. Lovely ocean view and well stocked and maintained unit. We stayed here for 2 weeks. I have been coming to Carolina Beach for years. This is by far my favorite place I have stayed. Very comfortable furniture and beds which is important for seniors!! The view was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the covered deck. It was clean which is very important. The only suggestion I have is a rug pad for the living room as the rug walked around a lot. Location was perfect. Definitely plan to return!!

Great place. Loved the view. Loved the layout. Loved the furniture. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue was parking wasn't assigned & we wound up with the tight spots to avoid getting called while we were away.

Turtle Tracks 2D was in a great location! We loved the nice big oceanfront deck with the high top table and chairs for maximum ocean and dolphin viewing. The bedrooms were nice with storage for clothes and closets with hangers. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, even though we didn’t cook much. Refrigerator with ice maker was great to have! The a/c unit kept the condo perfectly cool. It was also nice to have ceiling fans that worked well. There was even a clothesline for hanging wet bathing suits in the tub/shower unit. It was great having the tv with cable to watch the Olympics in the evening. The condo was clean and decor was nice and as pictured. We also enjoyed an occasional dip in the pool. We had a great time and would rent again. There was an issue with a deck railing board being loose but Victory Beach Vacations sent maintenance over right away.

We enjoyed our stay at Sands IV Turtle Tracks. The location to the beach (on the beach) was fantastic. The sunrises were amazing! Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We contacted the office about a couple minor issues, and they were extremely helpful and quick to resolve. Would definitely rent again with Victory Beach Vacations. Thank you!
