With a brief walk (300 yards) to the sandy beach, 2 community swimming pools and community fishing docks, (Pools are open May 1 through October 1). House includes decks with furnishings, w/d , mw, CCTVs DVD, and o/s, Linens includes - First Floor: 2 Single beds, one with trundle street side that uses the full hall bathroom. 1 Queen Lagoon side that shares the full hall bath. Second Floor: 1 King street side with a full private bathroom. 1 Queen Lagoon side with a full private bathroom. Telephone office for partial weeks in off season. No smoking, no dogs and cats.
