Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, sun deck, floating dock & handsome vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
