Interior amenities include WIFI, central heat & air, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, ceiling fans, 1 color cable TV & DVD player. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, sundeck & covered porch. This is stringently a non smoking, no family pets home that is not equipped for EV charging. For 2023 Dad's Place will be linens supplied on weekly units only.
