THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer! Appreciate fantastic local eateries, kayaking, fishing, putt putt, and so much more on the island. There are also numerous golf courses just a short 5 min. drive from the island. The Bucket List is a second row home with handsome ocean vistas and is only a 2 min. walk from the shoreline! Come savor our home away from home!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin on the 2nd floor with a completely equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A Keuriug, crockpot and waffle iron are just a few of the items you will find in the fully supplied kitchen. There are two ovens, two enormous dining room tables and a sizable sectional couch to accomodate multiple families! There is a huge open living area, featuring a wide deck for all your relaxing needs! You can see a handsome unobstructed view of the ocean as you prepare, relax and relax!
This home is very cavernous and there are additional decks for gazing all throughout the property! Each TV is equipped with cable and the living room and 2nd floor King bedroom both feature a Intelligent TV! There is covered parking and lighting for up to 7 cars or a boat trailer. There is a huge private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), and an enclosed outdoor shower. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home is also equipped with keyless entry for a seamless check-in process!

Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
