Family Tides is a super cute duplex situated just across the street from the ocean in Carolina Beach. Offering a garage on the ground level with parking for 2 vehicles, and up to 2 outside the garage. Sleeps up to twelve comfortably with a maximum of eight adults.

Main - The 2nd floor layout includes the family space which leads to the covered deck, this space flows into the kitchen with stainless appliances and dining space. There is a Queen Sleep Sofa for a couple of little ones. There is a king(br1) bedroom on this floor and main bath with a stand-up shower.

Top Floor -the 3rd floor layout includes 3 bedrooms -the main bedroom has a king bed(br2) and private bath with a a tub and shower combo, there is access to a covered deck with views of the ocean. The 3rd bedroom features a King(br3), the 4th bedroom features a twin over full bunk (br4), both of these bedrooms share a bath with a walk-in shower.

If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $32 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.  

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set By Owner- Sleeps Up To 11 with a max of 8 adults.

Absolutely NO Events (Reunions, Weddings, Parties, Etc.) are allowed at this property.
