"Grace & E's" - Good times and happy days will be your memory of this 4 bedroom, 3 bath single family home located in the Sea Oats Community. Only a few blocks to Johnnie Mercers Pier, this central location is sure to become the new family tradition!



Super roomy casual floor plan with open living, dining and kitchen - great for entertaining. Appreciate evening dinners and that morning coffee on 2 levels of decking, accessible from the living level and top floor bedrooms. With the many extras, including all the beach supplies, you'll be happy to know its just a short walk to the beach on the convenient community walkway.



To make your vacation preparations easier, the property owner has included all the amenities of home including ~10 bicycles, 12-15 beach chairs, 2-3 beach umbrellas, sand buckets/shovels, wagon, Amazon Fire; ROKU, WiFi, Wii, broad DVD & Videos. There is an additional futon in the den area on ground level, ideally suited for the kids to play games and create new beach memories.
