Blue Water Vista is a three story home which consists of Blue Water Vista Upper (the top two floors) and Blue Water Vista Lower (the lowest floor of the unit) this listing is for the whole home.

This unit offers access to a Striking, in-ground, salt water pool that is open ALL YEAR. The pool can be heated during the "Off-Season." Pool heating fee is mandatory.

The BOAT DOCK is directly in front of the unit across the street (approx. 30 seconds walk). You will have use of the North side of the dock which includes 1 boat slip up to 28ft length. Power and water to the dock is included. Seating is now available on the dock.
