About this Property

  • Sleeps 5
  • 2 Bedrooms
  • 1 Bathrooms
  • Private vacation home
  • Approximately 576 square feet

This remodeled beach bungalow is just two short blocks from the public access to the beach. The living space is 576 square feet plus a huge screened-in porch. Partial ocean view from the porch. The bungalow is located in a peaceful residential area a short drive from the boardwalk. Linens and towels included. Totally equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, can opener and all glassware, dishes, cookware, and silverware. Washer and Dryer.

Spectrum Internet and Cable TV, Ruko TV with multiple complimentary movie channels, and a soundbar audio system.

Junior's Place is a comfortable beach bungalow that gives our guests the "good old days at the beach" feel, clean and cozy.

The bungalow was constructed in the early 1960s as a typical beach home for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was completely modernized in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, floor, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have supplied plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a excellent place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the home for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will savor it.

*Smoking is allowed on the screened porch*
**NO WEED USE ON PROPERTY***

***Please be sure to check the pet box if you are bringing one before completing your reservation ***

Tricks and tips to get the best vacation property experience:

How to get the best rental value:

  • Summer is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the best value, shift your family's Carolina Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Carolina Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Filter your rental search:

  • To start, have your family commit to the best dates and a budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. \"JUNIOR'S PLACE\" Peaceful & Private, 2 blocks to beach -PETS OK - LOW PET FEE has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is generally available online. If not, call the property owner before you reserve your home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Are you looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
  • Some rentals allow pets, but others don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable breeds and types before booking.

Have a fantastic stay:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your .
  • Note any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of problems.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a terrific source for finding the best local scenic spots.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to compel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
