Welcome to Dream Weaver! Pretty bespoke-constructed duplex located just two blocks from the beach awaits you for your next fun filled family vacation! This home has everything you need for a ideal beach hideaway and features tons of upgrades that gives this home a opulent feel.

HOME LAYOUT

Level 1:

Main Entrance to Home.

Garage: Parking for 2 cars.

Elevator: Goes to 2nd/3rd level ONLY.

Level 2:

Master Bedroom: King size bed, TV, private patio with seating for 2, attached bath with walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom: Full over Full bunk bed with additional twin bed trundle, TV, attached bath with shower/tub combo.

Washer and Dryer: Located in closet in the hallway.

Level 3:

Kitchen: Totally outfitted with cooking supplies, drip coffee pot, island with seating for 4, table with seating for 6.

Living Room: Enormous sectional, accent chair, TV.

Patio: Access from the living room, Seating for 4 people.

Bathroom: Half bath in hallway.

Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed, TV, attached bath with shower/tub combo.

Level 4:

Guest Bedroom: King size bed, attached bath with walk-in shower, private patio with ocean vistas.


Parking for 4 cars: Driveway 2 cars/Garage 2 cars.

NIGHTLY RENTAL REQUIRMENTS:

Peak Season weekly units are from Sat-Sat. (June - August).

Off Season minimum nighttime requirement three nights.

Off Season monthly units (mid-Sept. - mid-May).

Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items



PET POLICY:

2 dogs allowed.

If you are traveling with a dog, please let us know, so that we may confirm and request a dog fee. The non-returnable pet fee is $25 a nighttime per dog, or $125 a week per dog (limit 2).

THINGS TO DO:

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the close by lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or savor a calming day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the charming sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and popular attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.   • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends).   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
