We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
