Freshly refreshed in 2020! Upgrades include: striking bespoke constructed huge kitchen with eat in bar, sizable back deck with partially fenced in backyard, new beds, couches, enormous bathroom vanities and wood floors. Take a 1 min. walk to the Intracoastal Waterway or a .6 mile drive to access the beach. Our home is dog and family friendly and conveniently located close to stores, grocery stores, eateries and family activities.

We strive to offer you a home away from home, complete with all your vacation essentials. Almost everything in the home is brand new and is kept extremely clean and tidy for our guests. We have huge windows across the front of the home, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Our remodeled space gives you a comfortable and comfortable place to rest after a long day of calming at the beach.

Check in is at 1 pm and the code to unlock the door will be included once home is available. Check out is at 9 am.

Beach cart available for use. For any cleaning/assistance/maintenance requests - use contact supplied for local assistance.

We are local to the area and can offer a fast response if you need any assistance during your stay. We have a dedicated professional contact for any emergency/cleaning or handyman needs. Please use contact supplied for immediate assistance during your stay.

Pillows, bed topper and linens for the air bed is kept in closet to be used as needed for guests. Although it is brand new, we suggest using bed topper to make sleeping more cozy.

When sending a booking request please notify me if you are bringing dog(s). There will be an additional deep cleaning fee if any evidence of a cat on property is found.

  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
