Pelican's Point-A handsome townhouse/duplex with a total of 11 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for 26 comprised of two side by side townhouses. Side A includes a brand new elevator (installed 12/2018). Ideal for huge family get-togethers or gatherings. Subject to availability of each privately owned unit. The combined property is located a mere 200 yards to the nearest beach access and only a couple of short blocks from the Ocean Crest fishing pier and the Island Way restaurant. The properties have terrific vistas of the Davis Canal marsh and co-own a 600' boardwalk over the marsh to the Davis Canal which is ideal for fishing, crabbing, and bird watching.
