PROPERTY DETAILS
Elegantly refreshed home with private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), all the amenities, and only a two min. walk to the best beach access. Every aspect of this home has been thoughtfully refreshed. Entirely supplied kitchen, all new linens and towels, new comfortable beds, and decor that will make you want to relax and relax.
After a day on the beach, savor the screened porch, lounge by the salt water pool, or read a book on one of the many decks. The top deck is the ideal place to watch the handsome OIB sunrises and sunsets. You will find everything from beach chairs (6 included), umbrellas, beach toys, and pool floats to enjoy. The home can sleep up to 12 with 10 being most comfortable. It has four bedrooms, two sleeper couches, 2 full baths, and an outdoor shower and half bath by the pool. Additionally, to make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a charcoal grille for all of your barbecuing needs.

Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach property.
This property does not include an Elevator.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserve your Carolina Beach vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • At departure, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
