Welcome to the "Reefs"! This two bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor condo was newly up-fitted with new doors, floor, kitchen and bath cabinets, ceilings, lighting and more. You'll savor the roomy deck with great ocean vistas and the back porch that overlooks the swimming pool. The main bedroom has a Queen bed with an en suite bathroom and the guest room features two sets of Twin size bunk beds and utilizes the hallway bath.

Located in the trendy Reefs II complex, this particular unit requires climbing just two level of stairs and has simple parking below.

Reefs II is a condominium complex on the north end of Carolina Beach just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and centrally located between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Freeman Park. Beach access is directly across the street, and access to the private pool is included with your reservation.

Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in NC that accepts driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD car. You'll also be close to the pier for great fishing, a cool drink, and perhaps some storytelling about the one that got away.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach, while Ocean Front Park and Fort Fisher State Historic Site are cultural highlights. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Finding your perfect rental:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Booking your Carolina Beach vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
