All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Affordable Generous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and motor boating nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

When to visit & When to book:

• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Booking websites typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
• Many rental management companies supply Carolina Beach area visitor guides which often include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Carolina Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

More considerations:

• Be sure you get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Store the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent many difficulties.
• Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would at home.
• To ensure that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. Contact the host right away to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
• Be respectful. Often, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
