Recharge as you sit on the oceanfront upper or lower decks as you get lost in relaxation watching the beach goers strolling by, surfers catching waves, and watching your friends and family enjoying the pool. Use the private beach access to go to and from the beach. The outdoor shower is conveniently located here too to rinse off before you plunge into the pool or head inside. Heating Option available for pool April- October, call for pricing & details (pool heater is reliable, but not guaranteed). 

Time indoors will be well spent gathering for a favorite tv show on the U-shape couch, or hanging around the kitchen island chatting, or seated around the 1 of the 2 oceanfront dining areas playing a round of cards. The open-concept floor plan provides ample space to gather collectively, or to branch off for multiple happenings at once! Access all levels by the elevator (to be installed November) for ease of transport. Don’t worry- the wrap around windows from the upper main living area affords the view to spill indoors to be enjoyed infinitely.

Sand By Me Deluxe has the advantage of being rented as a 10-bedroom, 6-bedroom (Sand By Me Upper), or a 4-bedroom (Sand By Me Lower).
