New beds and furnishings and completely modernized bathrooms.

Painless beach access and only 6 block walk to downtown, the boardwalk and marina. Dining, shopping and nightlife abound. Take a walk around Carolina Beach Lake across the street or rent a paddle boat. 17x9 outdoor pool and assigned parking for 2 cars (max). Don’t forget the family pet as your modest dog (less than 30 lbs) is welcome with payment of a non-returnable pet fee, subject to restrictions. If you are choosing a pet friendly property, dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months. All family pets must be approved by Blue Water Realty.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Ocean Front Park and Fort Fisher State Historic Site are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

  • Summer months are high season in Carolina Beach. Booking your Carolina Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring months is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
