Roomy 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo, 2nd floor unit with elevator, located in the Islander Villas on the west end of striking Ocean Isle Beach. Pet-friendly and only a short walk to the ideal beach. Sleeps 12 with 1 king in master, 1 queen, 2 doubles & 2 sets of single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bath attached, with new carpet newly installed. Intelligent TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with cable and WiFi included. Entirely outfitted kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Substantial covered deck with vistas of the waterway where you can appreciate your morning coffee as well as the beautiful OIB sunsets. Deck has gated access for your kids’ and pet’s safety. Tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts on site, and access to the Oceanfront pool and tiki bar at The Isles Club is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Golf carts are fine, however please note that trailers are not allowed per HOA restrictions. Sufficient parking for 4 cars at unit plus overflow parking located at tennis courts.

• To get the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
