Welcome to the impressive Shangri-La, where the sunset greets you and the waves treat you! This charming home is located on the highly acclaimed west end with private beach access. Surrounded by sand and beauty, your vacation awaits you with a luxury stay and striking vistas. Shangri-La is near the Montgomery Slough, which is great for kayaking, and the handsome Intracoastal Waterway.

This chic home has ten bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, which makes this ideal for huge family or friend getaways. The living room is decorated in serene, neutral colors with comfortable loungers. Cozy up with your adored ones or furry friend around the fireplace as you watch your favorite show on the mounted flat screen TV. Savor the coastal vistas in this area as you spend quality time with those you adore.

The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, a wealth of cooking silverware, a wet bar, a wine refrigerator and more! The roomy kitchen provides enough room to prepare your favorite meal with family, all while making memories. Feast in the dining area, which seats twelve, all while appreciating the presence of family and friends.

The sleeping quarters are spread over all three levels of this elegant home. One master bedroom is located on the first floor, along with a master bathroom. A second bedroom and second full bathroom is also located on the first floor. A second master bedroom is on the second floor, with another master bathroom. Three more bedrooms are also located on this floor, accompanied by two bathrooms. The third floor is equipped with the other four bedrooms and two baths.

Guests can bypass the steps because this abode is also equipped with an elevator, to relieve you from carrying your bags! Unwind in the private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, or appreciate the partially covered deck, which is the ideal place for watching the sunset or sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. A grille park is available for you to grille with charcoal. Prepare dinner on the grille and eat at the picnic tables included.

The gorgeous ocean view of this home is nothing short of extravagant. With beautiful vistas from every aspect in this home, you will certainly savor your family and friends! This home is also equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach.

Off season-monthly units are also accepted. Six-seater golf cart as an optional luxury for $450 a week. Shangri-La is ready to welcome you and your family to Oak Island!

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting.
