Come stay at our freshly remodeled Island Cottage. The property is well equipped for your stay: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 3 spectacular decks to either sunbath on or watch the sunset while the kids play. Located just a short 4 min. Walk to beach it’s an ideal location to escape normal life. The property is located on Duneside drive on Ocean Isle beach, it’s on a tidal canal property with plenty of wild life to watch while drinking your morning coffee. The property is a true bungalow with around 1200 square feet inside and 3 extraordinary decks a floating dock to launch canoes or paddle boards and more. We provide 2 adult kayaks, 2 childrens kayaks all with vests, as well as 8 beach chairs, multiples umbrellas and a wagon to help carry it to the sand.The property is supplied with all basic linens and bath towels. We start you out with a toilet paper, paper towels as well as dishwasher tablets and soap but it will not last your whole trip and therefore our guests need to plan accordingly.We have 2 coffee makers: a Nespresso Vertuo complete with a milk frother.
