The main space of “Reefs Edge” features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open concept living area, and offers refreshed floor, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and gorgeous new decks on the oceanside of the home. The kitchen flows seamlessly from the main living space, providing an inviting place for guests to gather. A enormous sink and ample counter space makes meal prep a simple enjoyment. Spectacular white cabinetry with underlighting provides a nice ambient light in the evenings and adds to the bright, cheery appearance of the kitchen. The studio unit is located directly under the main home and offers a modest but functional kitchen space, plush king-sized bed, and a window unit for cooling. The upper and lower units of this home are only connected by exterior staircases that can be accessed from either side of the home. The main home includes central heating and air conditioning while the ground floor apartment includes a window unit.
