Upstairs, the kids will appreciate the bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, while another room features three sets of bunk beds and a TV for entertainment. A shared hall bathroom completes this level. For additional sleeping space, a queen sleeper couch in the living room offers comfort for any "drop-by" guests.

The huge dining room table comfortably seats eight, with a bench along one side for a comfortable family meal. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bars with three stools at one and four stools at the other—ideal for casual dining or morning coffee.

This home comes completely equipped with modern amenities, including an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
