Parking is available behind the building. Street parking may also be used when available.

Consumables
An initial supply of essentials is supplied. Guests are responsible for replenishing items such as toiletries, food, and beverages during their stay.

Linens & Occupancy
Extra linens are available upon request if arranged prior to arrival. Please note:

Couch beds and air beds are only included when the booking includes more than 7 guests.

Extra linens are not automatically supplied unless occupancy requirements are met.

Animals
We welcome family pets under the following guidelines:

A pet fee of $125 per pet applies.

For a second pet, an additional $125 fee applies.

Dogs are allowed for long-term stays. Cats are allowed for stays of less than 3 months.
