Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

• The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Oak Island. To get the most suitable rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
