Situated just 3 blocks from the Alabama Avenue beach access. Well maintained with new sofas in the living room & fresh paint throughout for the 2024 season.

Main level - Features an open floor plan, which consists of a living space, kitchen and dining area. There is a queen bed with a full trundle that pulls out (br4) with bathroom with shower (note:this is the only bathroom on the main level). 

2nd Floor -Boasts three nicely furnished bedrooms -The King Master(br2) has a private deck with ocean views and and private bath with shower. The 3rd bedroom features a King bed (br3) and crib (no sheets, blanket or duvet provided for crib), the 4th bedroom features a full over full bunk (br5), both of these bedrooms share a bath with a tub/shower combo.

3rd Floor - Features a spacious King master bedroom(br1) leading to a private deck with oceanview and a large ensuite. 

Fenced in Backyard- Features a private yard with private pool and grilling area (not shared with other side of the duplex, each side has it's own private pool).
