Located in Downtown Wilmington's Historic District, our home was constructed in 1889! Known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three cavernous, private/separate apartments. It has been completely, meticulously modernized & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.

  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
