The Jasmine House is a amazing classic beach bungalow. Centrally located in Wrightsville Beach, the home is just a short walk from both the famed Johnnie Mercer pier, and the bustling downtown stores and eateries on the island!

Each half of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The full home sleeps 12 people comfortably, and each half has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. The kitchens are outfitted with everything you will need during your stay, and the shaded top decks are ideal for calming out of the sun. The backyard also has sitting areas for get togethers and is a terrific place to watch our excellent sunsets.

The top level back deck has peek-a-boo vistas of the Banks Channel waterway, and just 3 homes down you will find the public sound access that is a ideal put in spot for kayaks or stand up paddle boards. One block in the other direction you will find yourself standing at the beach access!

  • Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
