This waterfront property has never been rented and features a entirely outfitted kitchen, equipped with everything from Ninja cookers to crockpots to help you prepare delicious meals. The home features a reverse floor plan with two suites on the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom. The third floor features a spiral staircase and is furnished with two twin beds. The home is charmingly decorated with plenty of seating for dining. Additionally, there is a detached Crofter Cottage that comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and full bath. Washer & dryer, fireplace, Sonos, screened deck are some of the other amenities offered. Access to the Bald Head Island Club and Shoals Club is available via a separate purchase of temporary memberships.
