This oceanfront home was constructed with family fun in mind. Totally refreshed in 2019 the upgrades are sure to wow you! Wraparound porches, a ping pong table and horseshoe pit provide outdoor entertainment. A gourmet kitchen, whimsical architecture and ocean vistas offer guests a memorable stay. Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms with additional sleeping in the den (1K-1Q-1Q-2T-1S). 4 full baths. (1) 4 passenger cart and (1) 6 passenger cart. HD SATV. Direct beach access. 7 nighttime minimum year round. Sunday/Sunday. 4:30 p.m. arrival/9:30 a.m. departure.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Sunday-Sunday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 9:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 9:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
