When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. Airbnb guests must sign a Staybreeze rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Staybreeze. Staybreeze will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Sticking to your budget:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Summertime is high season in the Carolina Beach area. Book your Carolina Beach rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.

  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
