Appreciate a Sunset Cruise for any four-nighttime minimum stay! An eight-bedroom condominium located on Bald Head Island in the Central Business District. Savor on-premise shopping, dining, and lodging all at Stoked Village.

The rental of this condominium includes three-bedroom and five-bedroom separate condos joined together by opening the lockout door between the two condos. The rental also includes (2) four-passenger golf cart and allocated parking on-site. For an additional fee, you can savor golf, tennis, and pools through temporary membership to the Bald Head Island Club.

Sleeps 16 (max.). 8 Bedrooms (1K-1K-1K-1Q-2T-1K-1K-2T). Five (2) 4-passenger cart. Five mins. to beach access. Peak season arrival/departure day is Sunday with a 4 p.m. ferry/10:30 departure ferry. There is an elevator to the second and third floors.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Sunday-Sunday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 4:30pm property check-in and 10:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 4:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 10:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
