The condominium has been completely modernized including the lock-out unit. We have upgraded the interior to include new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and range in the main kitchen. The mini-suite offers a new dishwasher and microwave. The remodel includes new floor and counter-tops in kitchens and bathrooms new faucets and light fixtures and fresh paint through-out.
The condo is cavernous, clean, and completely supplied with bed linens, wash cloths and towels-DO NOT take any towels or linens included out of the unit. Guest must provide their own beach towels and/or beach blankets. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The full-size kitchen offers everything you will need during your stay.
This roomy ground floor condo with central air/heat is gorgeously decorated and provides 2 enormous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom provides 2 queen size beds with new beds and wall mounted flat screen TVs. The living room includes a new couch and adore seat and mounted flat screen. The unit offers complimentary cable and internet. The kitchenette includes 6 chairs and there are 2 bar stools available at eat-in kitchen island.
Sea Trail Plantation offers amenities including 2 pools (modest daily fee), 2 resident clubhouses, three 18 hole golf courses, eateries, library, exercise center, tennis courts and community garden. The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC) is open to the public. Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on a river. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Finding your best deal:

  • Summer time is high season in Sunset Beach. To book the most suitable rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

  • Respect your neighbors. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
