Enjoy the ultimate in beach front living while lounging in the the massive living space with 2 separate seating groups- one facing the majestic Atlantic Ocean and the other facing the 62" flat screen TV/DVD/VHS/surround sound/CD Componet. Also has 27" TV with remote. Head to the loft space located off of the living room for a fun game of Foosball! Top floor with large oceanfront deck -no beach access from this deck.

Dining space comfortably seats 10. The kitchen is a dream to work in. It has an island with seating for 3, plus a separate side bar with additional seating.

This house features 2 master bedroom's and 4 additional bedrooms.  All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV

Main floor consists of living, dining, kitchen, king bedroom, and an additional bedroom with 2 queens. There are also 2 baths with walk-in shower.

The 1st floor has 2 huge king oceanfront master bedrooms with door leading to a large oceanfront covered deck with plenty of seating for everyone. Each has a private bath with separate sink and enclosed toilet. The north side bedroom has a deep soaking jacuzzi-type tub as well. There are 2 more bedrooms on this floor.There are 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds in each, both equipped with flat screen TV's, street side balcony & shared bath with shower only...

At night....When the ocean is out of sight, the inside of the house becomes the show! The lighting is done in blue with hidden lighting sources all over

Full size washer/dryer on 1st floor... Gas grill....Parking for 6 cars....TV's in each bedroom & ceiling fans throughout. Free wifi access!  42" TV in both masters .... cool gel mattresses throughout house 

Walkway to beach can only be accessed through the 2 oceanront master bedrooms on the 1st floor or main entrance door -No Access to beach from main/top floor living space.

Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner

Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Sleeps up to 14 people. Non-smoking...Saturday to Saturday during summer... All of our properties include pillows & comforters.. Linens, towels, paper, plastic & soap products not provided. Security deposit applies...Dog friendly (certain restrictions apply with paid non-refundable charge)... Departure cleaning is inlcluded
