Upstairs/WAVE WONDER: offers a roomy living room, full width of home sunroom, with brand new floors and windows, with ocean vistas and a sundeck, entirely equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7 with sleeper couch supplied) with exterior stair entrance.
Downstairs/SAND SHACK: offers a cavernous living, dining and completely equipped kitchen area, sunroom (full width of home), and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5). Ground level entrance, with no steps. BRAND NEW one of kind epoxy floors, and brand new HVAC.
