On the lower level, you'll find the open concept living space, decorated in relaxing grays and blues and flooded in natural light. Gather together and settle on the couch, adore seat or one of numerous armchairs to watch the big game. The wooden dining table seats eight comfortably, and a further three seats are available at the adjacent kitchen island.

The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and is entirely outfitted with all the cookware and appliances you need to prepare the catch of the day or family favorite recipes.
