A comfortable sectional and armchairs located across from the sizable flat-screen T.V provide the ideal place to gather together and savor a favorite movie, and the huge dining table seating eight stands ready for family dinners or game nights. The adjacent kitchen is completely outfitted with all the cookware needed to prepare your catch of the day–or more standard fare snared from the close by grocery store.

Directly off the living room, you’ll find the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, flat screen T.V. and modest desk area for those who may need to bring work with them to the beach. The attached private bath provides a step-in shower stall.

Just outside the side entrance door, you’ll find a roomy screened porch as well as access to the fenced backyard. Parlor in the egg chair or gather around the table for lunch under the shade and protection of the screened porch with a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable.
