Our TEE is showed off in our secondary bedroom with a golf theme, two twin beds, and SmartTV. Down the hall there is another full bathroom, storage with some beach essentials, and a laundry room.Outside there is plenty of parking and spaces to savor in the front and back! The front porch is a great place to enjoy the relaxing neighborhood with your morning coffee or evening drink. In the backyard you find a nice patio with seating, a firepit, and BBQ!! There are railings on the front and upstairs patio/balconies, and kids should be supervised at all times while in the marina. Swimming is not allowed in the Cape Fear River due to the dangerous current.Potential for noise:Located next-door to Marina Grille & Live Oak Bank Amphitheater, live music can often be heard from our dock and patios. Military planes are also often heard flying overhead during the day.
