Aquatic Safaris SCUBA Center was established in 1988, and features instruction, gear sales, repair, and charters from a central location along Wrightsville Beach. The center has two custom dive boats, including an Island Hopper Pro 48 and a Sea Hawk Dive Master 36′, which take divers to some of the best sites off of Wrightsville Beach, including the Alexander Ramsey (Liberty Ship), the Frying Pan Tower, and the 23 Mile Ledge.
