Pine Valley Market

There’s a little something for everyone to savor at the Pine Valley Market. Centrally located along College Road, this modest-sized establishment specializes in catering, fresh meats, wine, prepared foods to feast on at home, gourmet goodies, and of course, fresh café cuisine to sit down and enjoy.

The interior is bright and cheerful, with aqua walls, a silver deli counter, and shelves of wines and goodies. Patrons who want to stick around for a meal will find distinctive breakfast, Sunday brunch and lunch menus with lots of options, as well as a variety of homemade soups and salads. Each menu features a host of hearty and / or healthy options, with a little infusion of southern flavor. Breakfast patrons will find selections like oatmeal pancakes, corned beef hash, and biscuits and gravy with homemade sausage gravy, while lunch patrons will be treated to a selection of hot and cold sandwiches, like a Portobello cheesesteak, a turkey, apple and brie sandwich, a crab melt, and a wide range of “build your own” selections.

There are also daily specials, which are always worth a look, as well as plenty of take-home full dinners, like soups, lasagna, and other comfort foods. All in all, Pine Valley Market allows diners and food lovers to enjoy a full day’s worth of comfort food without ever leaving central Wilmington.
