Charming, 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom - brand new home!  This home has an inverted floor plan to maximize the best vistas Holden Beach has to offer.  Three of the bedrooms have King beds with connected baths, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen/Queen Bunkbed with close access to the bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have their own TV's. Unwind in your own private pool, savor the innate beauty our island has to offer from the covered front and back decks or chillax in the sitting room and read a book if you’re not a pool, beach or tv person.  1040 Break has it all!  

The home has a residential elevator to help with assistance of carrying your bags between floors.  This makes unpacking a breeze!  Please follow displayed rules and instructions.

The well-appointed kitchen features a gas range/oven, refrigerator, constructed-in microwave, and dishwasher.  Upstairs living area features enormous screen TV.  The natural light is opulent and the decor is beach chic. There is all new furnishings throughout this delightful home.

After a great day on the beach or at the pool, you have an enclosed private hot and cold outside shower for those who would rather appreciate as much fresh air as they can.

Get the most from your rental budget:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance.
