Tastefully decorated, cavernous home with an open living, dining & kitchen floor plan, a loft with additional seating, roomy bedrooms, an additional enormous front deck, a screened back porch with creek view, huge back yard and more. Short walk to Ocean Crest Pier, savor crabbing, fishing and wild life sightings from the creek dock and O/S. No Smoking. • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
