**Living and Dining Areas**
The living room is a ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring the white sandy beach. It features two cozy couches - a 3-seater and a 2-seater, complemented by a comfortable armchair. Entertainment options include a Samsung TV with Roku, providing countless streaming possibilities. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a gorgeous dining space with a sizable table seating 6 guests. For a fast breakfast or a casual meal, there's also a breakfast bar with two stools and three additional bar stools.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
