If you are bringing your pet please let us know, as the pet fee is $175/pet/week. Violators are subject to eviction without refund and responsible for additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500.00 and could be substantially higher. Where dogs are allowed, there is a $175.00 fee per dog per reservation. Dogs must be left in a crate if you are not at the home, and they are not allowed on any of the furnishings. You are responsible for all clean up in the yard or indoors if needed. Failure to clean up along with any pet-related damages will result in additional charges.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
