Endless Summer is a bespoke constructed 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath gem that is professionally decorated and furnished for your max. enjoyment. We've tried hard to think of everything you will need to make your next vacation your best. Endless Summer has an additional-huge 14'x26' pool Heating is additional for $100 per day. The pool also has a close by bathroom. The home has a wood-paneled elevator, very sizable kitchen, additional huge covered and open front decks, state of the art electronics, and finest of all...right on the ocean! Endless Summer features hickory floor on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with charming tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Appreciate unbelievable ocean vistas, half covered and half uncovered, from the top deck. From the second deck savor covered ocean vistas and a view of the kids playing in the pool below. The handsome gourmet kitchen was designed with enormous gatherings in mind with a center island, bespoke cabinetry, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a drink refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 2 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.
Pack light, because all linens are supplied including sheets and towels for the bedrooms. We also provide limited towels for the pool. Our linens is cotton and comfortable along with our towels. We have been visiting in Ocean Isle Beach for over 22 years with our friends and extended family and we've done our best to incorporate what we appreciated about our best vacations into this home. When to book a Carolina Beach rental home & When to go:

• Summer time is high season in the Carolina Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.

• After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to inspire new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
